Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we're here to help.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our Customer Service team at info@axeman.ca to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA#

  • We'll provide the proper return address and instructions once approved


Return Conditions

We accept returns for refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be in brand new, unused condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:

  • You’ll be informed whether your return is approved or rejected

  • If approved, your refund will be processed minus shipping costs

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 1–4 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time to post

  3. Contact your bank — refunds can take a few business days to process

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective, or

  • Damaged during shipping

To request an exchange for the same item, email info@axeman.ca to get your Return Authorization Form.

⚠️ Exchanges cannot be processed without prior approval.


Shipping Your Return

After receiving return authorization, ship your product to the address provided in your RA form.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • International return shipping is not covered by AXEMAN.ca

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance

  • AXEMAN.ca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
