We are committed to delivering your purchases quickly and securely. Below, you will find the details on how we process orders, ship to Canada and the U.S., and handle returns and exchanges.


🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Timeline

Orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

  • Weekend processing is available, but fulfillment may vary based on courier pickup.


Shipping Within Canada

Free Shipping

  • BC, AB, SK, MB, QC, ON – Free shipping on orders over $95 CAD

  • NL, NB, NS, PE, YT, NWT, NU – Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD

Flat Rate Shipping

  • $29.95 CAD for orders under the free shipping threshold to NL, NB, NS, PE, YT, NWT, NU

Shipping to the United States

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 USD to the continental U.S.

Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to:

  • Some countries or regions with restrictions

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • U.S. customers are not charged Canadian taxes

  • Most orders under $800 USD are duty-free

  • Any applicable duties, tariffs, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility

Exclusions

We cannot ship certain large or heavy items internationally due to courier limitations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders are exempt from Canadian taxes

  • Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Check with your local customs office for estimates


🔄 Return Policy

At AXEMAN.ca, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for brand new, unused, and resalable items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (including international returns).

  • Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@axeman.ca to get a Return Authorization Number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed minus the shipping costs, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us at info@axeman.ca to initiate an exchange.


🔁 Order Changes & Reroutes

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been processed, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the request.

A $25.00 CAD fee applies for any reroute requests after your order has shipped.


📦 Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it, and contact us at info@axeman.ca if you need further assistance.

For U.S. orders, tracking is handled by Canada Post until the package crosses the border, after which USPS continues tracking using the same tracking number.
