At AXEMAN.ca, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for brand new, unused, and resalable items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (including international returns).
Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@axeman.ca to get a Return Authorization Number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed minus the shipping costs, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us at info@axeman.ca to initiate an exchange.
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been processed, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the request.
A $25.00 CAD fee applies for any reroute requests after your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it, and contact us at info@axeman.ca if you need further assistance.
For U.S. orders, tracking is handled by Canada Post until the package crosses the border, after which USPS continues tracking using the same tracking number.
