This knife has been inspired by the great tradition, look and feel of our axes. It’s based on our most popular outdoor knife, the OK4 which we have equipped with a wooden handle, made from Hickory, the same type of wood as we use for our axe handles. The blade is made from Japanese knife steel and has a scandi grind. The Holster is made from the same Swedish, vegetable tanned, full–grain leather as the edge cover on our 325-year Anniversary Axe.
Hickory handle.
3.0 mm carbon steel blade that has been hardened to 58 – 60 HRC.
The blade has an electrophoretic deposition coating to withstand corrosion.
Leather edge cover.
The back of the blade is grinded so you can use it with a fire steel.
