Amazing product

I'm a 50-year old woman who needed to get reduce of some big lots that our tree guy left two years ago. I'm not strong and I don't have any skill with chopping wood, but I figured why not try since it was so much cheaper and smaller than a wood splitter machine.

This thing is just great. I'm able to split a variety of logs up to 16 inches, with different wood and a few weird knots. It bits in nicely at the start with the small mallet and then holds itself with a big surface for smacking with the big mallet. Highly recommended.

great wedge

Works better than any of the other wedges I have been using recently for splitting large logs, and better than other twisted wedges I have tried in the past. Large contact surface makes using it easy. My go-to splitter now for difficult to split wood.
