Rooftop Mounted Sprinkler - 845 Sq/Ft

One Sprinkler, One Job: Keep Your Roof Too Wet to Burn

Embers land on roofs. It is the largest surface on your property, it faces the sky, and its valleys and gutters collect exactly the dry debris an ember needs to smoulder into a structure fire. The Rooftop Mounted Sprinkler answers that threat directly: a purpose-built roof sprinkler that sits on your ridge line and keeps up to 845 square feet of shingles, valleys, gutters, and eaves continuously soaked, with the runoff wetting your walls and the ground at your foundation.

This is the exact same sprinkler we include four of in our Forestry & Wildland Fire Protection Sprinkler Kit, available as a single unit. Add coverage to an existing setup, protect a shed, garage, or shop the kits do not reach, or build your own system one piece at a time.

✅ No Installation, No Plumbing, No Pump Required

The sprinkler connects with standard ¾" garden hose thread, so it runs off an ordinary outdoor tap, a layflat feeder line, or a pump-fed hose network. Set it on the roof, connect the line, and turn on the water. When fire season ends, it comes down just as easily and stores in the shed until next year.

🔧 Key Features

  • 845 Square Feet of Coverage – One unit handles a small cabin or shed roof; two to four cover most homes ridge to eave
  • Purpose-Built Roof Mount – Designed to sit securely on the ridge or roof surface and stay put while running
  • Gentle, Rain-Like Pattern – Soaks roofing the way weather does, no damage to shingles or metal
  • Standard ¾" GHT Connection – Works with garden hose, layflat feeder lines, manifolds, and every kit we sell
  • Scales With Your Setup – Run one off a tap or several off a manifold or pump as your protection plan grows

💪 Perfect For

  • Sheds, garages, shops, and outbuildings that need their own dedicated protection
  • Adding roof coverage to any of our fire protection kits
  • Small cabins and bunkies where one sprinkler covers the whole roof
  • DIY structure protection builds using your own hose and fittings
  • Replacing or expanding an existing rooftop sprinkler setup

💡 Why a Wet Roof Wins

Most homes lost to wildfire ignite from ember cast, embers carried kilometers ahead of the fire front that land on dry roofs and in debris-filled gutters, often long before flames arrive and after crews have pulled back. A continuously wet roof denies those embers everything they need to take hold, which is why structure protection crews put sprinklers on rooftops first when defending threatened homes. Deploy when an evacuation alert is issued, turn on the water, and leave when ordered. Like all fire protection equipment, this sprinkler is a preventative measure, not a guarantee, and never a reason to stay behind.
