The guard fit my Aby like a glove, a bit of hockey tape under for friction and I laced it up damp with a bit of warm water to get a good stretch on the leather.
Beautifully made! Looks great on my axe. I hope to never need it but it's good to know it's there just in case!
Such an well made piece, very happy with the purchase. The picture on the site shows a lighter coloured handle, but mine came in with a deeper/ richer colored handle, what a pleasant surprise. A tip of the hat to the custom design of each piece. Love it, Thank you!
